The wheat gluten market in Georgia saw considerable volatility in volume from 2018 to 2023. Starting at 142 t in 2018, it dipped to 136 t in 2019 and held steady at 137 t in 2020. A sharp rise to 224 t occurred in 2021, followed by a drop to 145 t in 2022, before the market reached 158 t in 2023.
