Following two consecutive years of growth, dried egg production in the CIS region experienced a decline. In 2020, production reached 727.7 tonnes, marking a significant 15.8% decrease compared to the previous year. Looking at the broader period from 2017 to 2020, overall production rose by 19.1%, translating to an average annual growth rate of 6.0%. The peak production volume was recorded in 2019 at 864.3 tonnes, which also saw the largest annual increase of 19.8%.
