A strong recovery and expansion followed in 2021-2022. Market volume surged by 30% in 2021 to over 4 million liters, propelled by the launch of new product segments like non-alcoholic sparkling apple juice made without added sugar. Consumer preference for natural and locally-sourced products continued to shape demand. Growth continued in 2022 with a further 16% increase to 4.7 million liters, supported by the introduction of specialty products and promotional price campaigns that stimulated consumption.

After the 2022 peak, the market underwent a correction. Volume declined by 13% in 2023 to 4.1 million liters and then stabilized in 2024 at approximately the same level, showing only a marginal 0.7% increase.
