In 2022, the market grew slightly to 1 669 t. This coincided with the 'Marché du producteur au consommateur' held in Tunis from March 29 to April 3, which offered fresh agricultural products at affordable prices and likely stimulated oat consumption. Additionally, the availability of organically grown oats from the 2022 harvest indicated the emergence of a bio segment, further supporting market expansion.

By 2023, oat market volume reached 1 678 t, continuing the gradual upward trend observed since 2021.
