During this period, price pressures emerged, including a rise in dried fruit costs during Ramadan that influenced consumption, while direct producer-to-consumer sales initiatives and government price monitoring via the National Observatory of Supply and Prices helped maintain market availability.

By 2024, regulatory efforts to improve supply were evident, with an 18% increase in agricultural products arriving at major wholesale markets, reflecting continued focus on price stability and distribution efficiency for treenuts and other fresh produce.
