The stuffed pasta market in Poland, measured by volume, experienced a contraction from 58 569 tons in 2018 to 53 955 tons in 2020. This was followed by a sustained expansion phase, with market volume climbing to 61 822 tons in 2021 and reaching 88 950 tons by 2024. The overall growth from the 2020 low point was substantial, adding over 35 000 tons to the domestic market.

Accompanying this market growth were significant increases in domestic production, which rose from 64 274 tons in 2020 to 99 297 tons in 2024. Imports also expanded, more than doubling from 4 239 tons in 2018 to 9 767 tons in 2024. Although exports grew concurrently, the combined rise in production and imports consistently outpaced the outflow of goods, resulting in a larger net supply for the Polish market.

In value terms, the market demonstrated even stronger growth, rising from 131.9 million US dollars in 2018 to 309.0 million US dollars in 2024. The pace of value increase exceeded that of volume, particularly after 2021, suggesting a shift in product mix, higher prices, or both within the stuffed pasta segment.
