Persimmon production in Pakistan fell for the second year in a row. In 2020, the country produced 22,893 tonnes, down 1.1% from 2019. Over the 2017–2020 period, production dropped by 8.7%, averaging a 3.0% annual decline. The highest output was in 2018 at 25,714 tonnes. The sharpest decrease occurred in 2019, with a 10.0% drop, while the largest increase was in 2018 at 2.5%.
