The Jordanian orange juice market began the period with local production supported by favorable weather conditions that increased fruit supplies to central markets, alongside the presence of established domestic manufacturers like Teeba Investment. Market volume grew steadily to 3.4 million liters in 2019, then accelerated to 4.4 million liters by 2021, driven primarily by a surge in imports which more than doubled from 2018 levels.

A sharp contraction in imports during 2022 reduced total market volume by almost a quarter to 3.3 million liters. However, by 2023 the market recovered slightly to 3.5 million liters as a substantial 35% increase in domestic production, reaching 2.7 million liters, offset continued declines in imported volumes.

Factors pointing toward greater localization emerged by 2024, including the national 'Made in Jordan' campaign to boost local manufacturing and increased availability of both local and international juice brands through online channels, suggesting a market shift toward domestic supply.
