The market size for not in shell eggs and egg yolks in Poland fluctuated between 2018 and 2020, declining from 100.5 million US dollars in 2018 to 87.9 million in 2019 before recovering to 92.4 million in 2020. This movement coincided with a drop in imports and a rise in exports in 2019, followed by a partial reversal in 2020.

The lowest export volume was recorded in 2018 at 36 842 tonnes, with the largest annual decline of 11.4% occurring that year. The most substantial increase was in 2019 at 25.4%.
