This expansion was supported by increasing health awareness among consumers and a global shift toward natural beverages, which boosted domestic production. Output rose from 135.8 million liters in 2018 to 167.3 million liters in 2021, while imports dwindled from 7.1 million liters to 3.1 million liters over the same period, reducing dependence on foreign supply.
