The fresh grapes market in Oceania exhibited significant volatility from 2018 to 2023. Trade volumes remained relatively small compared to domestic production, with imports declining from 29 thousand tons to 19 thousand tons over the period, while exports fluctuated between 111 and 157 thousand tons.

In value terms, the market mirrored the physical volume trend, peaking at 7 090 million USD in 2021 and then decreasing to 5 490 million USD in 2023. By the end of the period, both the volume and value of the fresh grapes market were close to their 2018 starting levels.
