The market dynamics shifted from 2023 onward, influenced by changes in domestic supply. A 14.2% decline in Croatian wheat production in 2023 contributed to a further reduction in the physical market volume to 266.9 тыс. т, with the value also retreating to 133.9 млн $. In 2024, the market volume recovered slightly to 272.3 тыс. т, but its value continued to fall to 122.8 млн $, coinciding with reported decreases in soft wheat and oat prices that year.
