In contrast, the market's value experienced robust growth starting in 2021, escalating from $77.8 million to $105.3 million by 2024. This surge was fueled by rising global coffee prices due to worldwide market instability and a growing consumer preference for organic and locally sourced coffee varieties in urban centers.

A sustained trend throughout the period was the shift in consumer demand towards more sustainable and premium products, which supported the expansion of higher-value coffee segments and contributed to the overall increase in market value even as volume stabilized.
