Trade flows evolved distinctly from 2018 through 2024. Exports grew consistently, rising from 4.3 thousand tonnes in 2018 to 7.7 thousand tonnes in 2024. Imports dipped in 2019 and 2020 but embarked on a clear upward trajectory from 2021 onward, reaching 5.6 thousand tonnes by the end of the period, indicating heightened international trade activity for the sector.

Poland, Albania, and the Netherlands accounted for 14.1%, 13.9%, and 10.9% of exports in kind, respectively, totaling only 38.9% of total flows.
