From 2022 onward, a sustained shift in consumer preferences toward natural and reconstituted juices fueled demand, driving market volume to a peak of 12.9 million liters by 2023. This growth occurred despite ongoing sanctions, which constrained domestic output, leading to increased reliance on imported juice to meet consumption needs. Investments in new production facilities and plant modernization, particularly in the Southern Federal District, helped the industry adapt to the new economic conditions.

By 2024, market volume stabilized at 12.8 million liters, with a marginal decline attributed to persistent global logistical complexities and price volatility for imported concentrates. Domestic production held steady near 3.0 million liters. The downward trend for production continued into 2025, falling to 2.5 million liters.
