This represented a decline of approximately 60% within a single year, marking the lowest point in the period.

A recovery phase began in 2021, with the market expanding to 991 thousand liters, followed by further growth to 1 281 thousand liters in 2022 and 1 341 thousand liters in 2023. Despite this rebound, the 2023 volume remained about 20% below the 2018 peak, indicating a market that has not fully returned to its earlier size.
