The market volume increased by 5.7% to 14.2 thousand tons in 2022. This rise coincided with the government's National Development Plan 2022-2026, which prioritized improving national supply chains and promoting sustainable agriculture through ecosystem restoration. In 2023, volume fell by 3.8% to 13.7 thousand tons. That same year, new industrial players entered the milling industry, and agricultural mechanization projects began with the delivery of 100 tractors, both aimed at strengthening local production capacity.
