In contrast, imports exhibited a clear upward trajectory, rising from 20 007 t in 2018 to 30 115 t in 2024, with a notable acceleration from 2021 onwards.

Export volumes varied over the period, declining from 28 801 t in 2018 to 25 313 t in 2021, then partially rebounding to 27 652 t in 2024. The domestic market size, available from 2022, expanded from 65 209 t to 68 343 t in 2024, reflecting increased net availability.

In monetary terms, the market's value grew substantially, from 150.1 млн $ in 2022 to 185.0 млн $ in 2024, supported by rising import values which reached 94.8 млн $ in 2024.
