ECOWAS's feldspar production declined for the second year in a row. In 2020, the region produced 19,453 tons of feldspar, marking a sharp 42.3% drop compared to the previous year. From 2017 to 2020, production fell by 29.7%, which translates to an average annual decrease of 11.1%. The highest production level was recorded in 2018 at 41,355 tons, representing a significant 49.5% increase from the prior year.
