From 2018 to 2019, the market volume for concentrated milk and cream in Kyrgyzstan expanded significantly, rising from 32 083 tons to 39 019 tons. Kyrgyzstan's production of concentrated milk and cream declined for the second consecutive year. In 2021, the country produced 22 003 tonnes, marking a slight decrease of 1.6% compared to 2020. Over the period from 2018 to 2021, production fell by 30.2%, which translates to an annualized decline of 11.3%. The peak was recorded in 2019 at 38 658 tonnes, with the largest increase occurring that same year at 22.7%. The most significant drop was observed in 2020, when production plummeted by 42.2%.
