Growth continued through 2021‑2023, even as feed cost pressures emerged. The IPA, backed by European and Swiss funding, channeled resources into aviculture infrastructure, and plans for a 'poulet gasy' breeding unit in Fizinana aimed to enhance self‑sufficiency.
