Slovakia's triticale production grew for the third consecutive year. In 2020, the country produced 35 790 tons, marking a 3.2% increase from 2019. Over the 2017-2020 period, production rose by 13.6%, with an average annual growth rate of 4.3%.

Exports triticale from Slovakia

Slovakia's triticale export volumes increased for the second consecutive year. In 2020, exports reached 3 546 tons, up 4.4% from 2019. Over the 2017-2020 period, exports grew by 47.2%, with an average annual rate of 13.8%. The lowest volume was in 2018 at 2 204 tons, which saw an 8.5% decline. The largest increase occurred in 2019, with a 54.1% rise.
