The market volume for raw cane or beet sugar in solid form in Iraq showed significant fluctuations between 2018 and 2023. After starting at 1 153 thousand tons in 2018, consumption fell to 1 009 thousand tons in 2019 before jumping sharply to 1 347 thousand tons in 2020.
