The lowest production level was recorded in 2018 at 282.5 t, which represented a 13.4% decline from the previous year. In contrast, 2019 saw the largest increase of 25.1%.

Ukraine's exports of not further prepared dried vegetables have risen for the third consecutive year. In 2020, the country exported 209 t, showing a sharp 56.2% improvement compared to 2019. Over the 2017-2020 period, exports surged by 423.6%, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 73.6%.

From 2017 to 2020, Poland, Germany, and Montenegro remained the top buyers of not further prepared dried vegetables from Ukraine. Poland accounted for 49.2% of exports in kind, Germany for 26.8%, and Montenegro for 5.4%. Together, these three countries represented 81.4% of Ukraine's total exports in kind during this period.

Exports in value terms reached their lowest point in 2017 and peaked in 2018, with a 2.1-fold difference between these years. In 2020, Ukraine exported 751 K $ US of not further prepared dried vegetables, representing a sudden 36.1% rise compared to 2019. The maximum value was recorded in 2018 at 791 K $ US. The largest decline occurred in 2019 with a 30.3% drop, while the largest increase was in 2018 with a 114.4% surge.
