The maize market in Bosnia and Herzegovina showed considerable volatility between 2018 and 2023. Market volume reached a high of 1 590 thousand tons in 2020, then contracted sharply to 1 018 thousand tons the following year. A partial recovery to 1 167 thousand tons was recorded in 2022, before the market declined again to 925 thousand tons in 2023.
