Grape wine production in the MENA region has declined for the third year in a row. In 2020, production reached 83.9 million liters, marking an 18.2% decrease compared to the previous year. During 2017–2020, the United States, France, and the United Kingdom were the largest buyers of grape wine from MENA in value terms, though they did not dominate the market entirely. The United States represented 25.4% of export value, France 13.2%, and the United Kingdom 7.7%, together accounting for 46.3% of total exports amid a diverse range of smaller partners.
