Import volumes fell sharply from 1 171 tonnes in 2018 to 627 tonnes in 2019 and remained below 1 000 tonnes thereafter, with a temporary increase to 957 tonnes in 2021. Exports declined from 583 tonnes in 2018 to a low of 131 tonnes in 2021, then partially rebounded, influencing domestic supply levels.
