The market size for duck meat and offal, reflecting domestic production dominance given minimal trade volumes, followed a similar trajectory from 2020 onward. Consumption was recorded at 5 453 thousand tons in 2020, saw a slight increase to 5 511 thousand tons in 2021, then expanded significantly to 6 061 thousand tons in 2022.
