A significant expansion occurred in 2021, with the market volume growing to 12 706 t. This surge coincided with the arrival of more specialized coffee roasters and suppliers offering fresh-roasted and decaffeinated varieties, broadening available supply. The following year, global fluctuations in green coffee bean prices directly impacted the Lithuanian market, contributing to a slight contraction in physical volume to 12 340 t while the market value in monetary terms remained nearly unchanged.

After a notable decline to 10 066 t in 2023, the market rebounded strongly in 2024, reaching 13 698 t. This recovery indicates resilient underlying demand, supported by the established trends of home consumption and a diversified supply base that had developed over the preceding years.
