A key regulatory change effective July 1, 2024, prohibited landlords from passing cable TV costs to tenants, likely reducing demand for coaxial infrastructure in multi-unit buildings. Additionally, stricter EU environmental standards requiring at least 35% recycled plastics in cables introduced new compliance pressures.
