In 2020, Slovakia produced 2,309 tonnes of wheat groats and meal, marking a slight decline of 2.8% compared to 2019. Production reached its lowest point in 2018 at 2,137 tonnes, which saw the largest annual decrease of 38.2%. However, 2019 recorded the largest increase of 11.2%. Overall, from 2017 to 2020, production fell by 33.2%, translating to an average annual decline of 12.6%.
