In 2020, Nepal produced 8 572 tons of wheat gluten, marking a gradual 6.2% increase from 2019. Over the 2017-2020 period, production grew by 29.8%, with a compound annual growth rate of 9.1%. The largest increase occurred in 2018 at 22.2%, while 2019 saw no change in production levels.
