Then in 2023, strong internal demand drove a 17% surge in production, lifting market volume to 247.8 thousand tons.

By 2024, market volume increased further to 258.2 thousand tons, with production reaching 302.0 thousand tons. In 2025, production fell to 282.5 thousand tons, indicating a correction after the previous growth.
