From 2018 to 2021, Gabon, France, and Benin were the top buyers of turkey meat and offal from Portugal, accounting for 15.6%, 12.5%, and 12.4% of exports in kind, respectively. However, their combined share was only 40.5% of total exports, indicating a diversified market structure.
