Following the 2021 peak, market volume contracted over the next two years, falling to 19.3 million m² in 2022 and 18.4 million m² in 2023, before partially recovering to 21.0 million m² in 2024. This adjustment phase reflected a normalization after the earlier surge, without major regulatory or industry shifts reported during these years.
