This created a new, popular category of low-sugar, naturally flavoured alcoholic sparkling water. The following year, 2021, saw a wave of new product launches from Sinebrychoff, including several light and fruit-flavoured alcoholic drinks and expanded energy drink ranges like Monster Ultra, which collectively stimulated consumption and contributed to market growth.

In the latter part of the period, market volume growth stabilized. The focus of innovation shifted further towards functional and wellbeing-oriented offerings, as seen with the development of vitamin-enhanced Bonaqua+ waters and Clean Sav:D energy drinks containing natural caffeine. The peak was reached in 2019 with 405.9 million litres, while the largest increase occurred in 2018 at 11.5%.

The lowest value was recorded in 2019 at 14 448 thousand litres, and the largest decline occurred in 2018 at 31.3%.
