A temporary recovery occurred in 2021, when market volume grew by 5% to 2,439 t. This increase coincided with the emergence of new product segments, such as craft-produced and cured beef, which attracted consumer interest and stimulated demand.

The output was valued at 10 506 thousand US dollars, rising by 13.4% from the previous year.
