In 2021, exports amounted to 98.4 tonnes, marking a sharp year-over-year decrease of 44.9%. Between 2018 and 2021, exports fell by 16.4%, which translates to an average annual decline of 5.8%. The peak was reached in 2020 at 178.7 tonnes, while the largest increase occurred in 2019 at 40.7%.

From 2018 to 2021, Poland, Croatia, and Montenegro were the top buyers of plastic reservoirs, tanks, vats and similar containers with capacity over 300 litres from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
