Millet production in Saudi Arabia declined after two years of growth. In 2020, the country produced 11 701 tonnes of millet, marking a moderate decrease of 8.2% compared to the previous year. Over the period from 2017 to 2020, production increased by 45.3%, which translates to an annualized growth rate of 13.3%. The highest production level was recorded in 2019 at 12 748 tonnes, with the largest annual increase also occurring that year at 53.2%.
