The entry of new players such as Tanga Fresh, ASAS Dairies Ltd., and Tan Dairies Ltd. stimulated product innovation and competition, further supporting market expansion. Government initiatives played a key role, particularly the School Milk Program that began implementation in 2023, aiming to boost consumption among children and support local production.
