Between 2017 and 2020, exports fell by 7.1%, with an average annual decline of 2.4%. The highest volume was in 2019 at 8 829 tonnes, while the largest increase occurred in 2018 at 12.8%.

From 2017 to 2020, Portugal, France, and Germany were the key partners for Spain's mattress support exports in volume terms. Portugal accounted for 44.0% of exports, France for 32.7%, and Germany for 5.7%, together making up 82.4% of total export flows.
