Market volume then stabilized around 14 000 t through 2021 and 2022, despite persistent international sanctions and regulatory constraints. A clear recovery followed in 2023, with volume reaching 14 341 t, supported by the rapid opening of new supermarkets and a shift in consumer behavior toward more frequent purchases of fresh produce.
