In value terms, the market displayed even greater volatility, with a notable jump from 84.4 million USD in 2019 to 126.6 million USD in 2020. The upward trend continued in 2021, reaching 167.2 million USD, after which market value gradually decreased to 157.5 million USD in 2022, 137.4 million USD in 2023, and 126.0 million USD in 2024. The sharper increase in market value compared to volume during 2020-2021 suggests shifts in product mix or price levels within the sector.

In 2021, output was valued at 118.6 million US dollars, marking a significant 35.0% increase compared to the previous year. Looking at the period from 2018 to 2021, production surged by 119.3%, which translates to an annualized growth rate of 29.9%. The lowest production value was recorded in 2019 at 51.8 million US dollars, with the largest decline of 4.3% occurring that same year. In contrast, the largest increase of 69.7% was observed in 2020.

Czechia's production of fittings for buildings has risen for the second year in a row. In 2021, the country produced 10,724 tonnes, representing a 26.5% increase from the previous year. Over the 2018-2021 period, production grew by 41.1%, with a compound annual growth rate of 12.1%. The lowest output was recorded in 2019 at 7,345 tonnes, which also saw the largest decline of 3.4%.
