This growth was propelled by dynamic expansion of domestic manufacturing, increased state procurement under contracts 44 and 223 FZ, and the ongoing import substitution trend. Growing competition and the emergence of new local producers boosted the share of Russian products in the domestic market. By 2025, domestic production had reached 122.4 million US dollars, reflecting the industry's ongoing consolidation.
