Earlier Report Observations

Production of coniferous wood fuel in Central Asia demonstrated consistent stability throughout the 2018–2023 period, with annual output confined to a narrow range between 1 867 and 1 881 thousand cubic meters. The market avoided any pronounced spikes or drops, reflecting steady supply and demand dynamics over these years.

After a modest increase to 1 880 thousand m³ in 2019, output reached 1 881 thousand m³ in 2020 and then experienced two slight declines, falling to 1 877 thousand m³ by 2022. Production returned to 1 881 thousand m³ in 2023, ending the observed interval at virtually the same level as in 2020 and underscoring the overall equilibrium of the market.
