A rebound occurred in 2023, with market size climbing to 28 823 t alongside a recovery in domestic production to 18 021 t. However, this expansion was short-lived, as the market volume dropped sharply to 19 682 t in 2024, a year characterized by a surge in exports to 13 403 t that substantially reduced net domestic availability.

Over the entire period, domestic production remained below its 2018 output of 23 449 t, while exports grew steadily, more than quintupling by 2024 and becoming a dominant factor influencing the market's supply balance.
