By 2024, market volume stood at 175.5 thousand tons. In value terms, the market expanded significantly from $318.4 million in 2018 to $492.3 million in 2024, indicating a shift toward higher-priced products within the category.

The highest level was recorded in 2019 at 57 972 tonnes, which also saw the largest increase of 7.5%. The most notable decline occurred in 2020, with a 2.2% drop.
