By 2024, market value had jumped to 15 900 thousand US dollars, while volume rose moderately to 3 976 thousand units. This growth was supported by a renewed emphasis on sleep quality and health, which boosted demand for comfort and premium bedspreads. Tourism and hospitality again became key drivers, while the expansion of e-commerce and logistics improvements further facilitated sales. However, rising interest rates by the European Central Bank, which approached 4.5%, dampened real estate activity and consequently limited volume growth. Labor shortages and increases in the minimum wage also affected production costs.

Spain's bedspreads production volume declined for the second consecutive year. In 2020, 279.3 K units were produced, showing a modest 5.7% drop compared to the previous year.
