China's apricot production saw a two-year increase before declining. In 2020, production reached 59 830 tonnes, marking a 2.8% drop from the previous year. Over the 2017-2020 period, overall production grew by 3%, with a compound annual growth rate of 1.0%. The highest production was recorded in 2019 at 61 582 tonnes, while the largest annual increase occurred in 2018 at 3.0%.
