Croatia's production of apples, pears, and quinces has declined for the second year in a row. In 2020, the country produced 67 570 tonnes, marking a 4.4% decrease from 2019. Looking at the period from 2017 to 2020, overall production grew by 13.7%, with an average annual growth rate of 4.4%. The peak was in 2018, when output reached 93 310 tonnes. The most significant drop occurred in 2019, with a 24.3% decline, while the largest increase was also in 2018, at 57.0%.

Exports apples, pears and quinces from Croatia
